Are you aware?

WARNING!! So for those who don't know me yet, giving you a heads-up, my blogs make many severely uncomfortable as a result of the mirror they walk upon, LOL. A proud Canadian with Vinci roots and Nigerian heritage as well. My blogs are shared unapologetically with various points of view including my own. This blog is likened to a digital diary/journal. Having a physical book with me is not practical with the many moving parts of my life. Inspiration comes when least expected so here is where it is poured out. Don't waste time spell-checking/grammar. Any imperfections are perfectly perfect and kept as is as many times these are done on my phone and the autocorrect does its own thing not always correct - go figure. i use "i" in lowercase at times and when done, it is intentional. Growing up, writing has been a form of retelling my journey and reminds me of my victories, and losses that overcame many through adversities. Immigrated to Canada at age 12. Having gone through many traumas -- molestation, sexual assaults, incest, betrayals, abandonments, fibromyalgia, domestic violence, breast cancer, toxic divorce, workplace harassment, and abuse of power, my audience is inspired by my perseverance. Greatly divorced mother, i have embraced the innerstand my calling, personality, and purpose. My passion has always been to assist teens and their families affected by various traumas. Trauma comes in many forms and impacts in various ways. Mental Health & Wellness is the superpower that allows me to see with X-ray vision the bullshit that many have bling out and dresses up. Founded an NFP -Empowering Our Teens' Spirit (ETS) that was an inspired vision dedicated to being an added resource for the emotional literacy of youths and teens. The vision was to provide world-class mental wellness workshops by collaborating with Motivating the Teen Spirit (MTS) -- a company that specializes in result-based teen personal development workshops. MTS served over 270, 000 teens. Prevented on record over 7,542 teen suicides and influenced over 2,500 to return to school, passionate about life and their goals. MTS has reconnected thousands of teen with their families. i began on this journey to partner with MTS in 2011. In 2017 i was successful in manifesting the first MTS showcase here in Toronto, Canada on October 20. The greater vision for MTS in Toronto is for another time to pick up the baton and cross the finish line. Currently, pursuing my Master of Divinity and Counselling. Be-ing a Daughter, Sister, Friend, Partner, Wife, Mother, Mentor and Coach has had their seasons. i am entering another season of other titles to experience. Currently i am in a different phase of "loves". i love spending time in solitude, silence for introspection, meditation, and mirror work. i enjoy bonding with my rescue cats, vacations, spas of various "me time" activities.
