yesterday was chores day for me as a momprenuer. a day that i woke up and my spirit impressed on me to lay low and clean house, change all sheets, sweep, wipe, air out my home, cut onions and put in all the corners of each room, mix essential oils that my spirit instructed and send out 1 post.

in my Instagram & Facebook i receive many DMs and my spirit impressed on me the ones to open and the ones to respond to. i shared the post that spoke about “God going with her and that’s what sustains her” again, thank you LA from my WhatsApp tribe for that DM in Instagram. ⬇️ Many of you are also part of other platforms that we share.

on Monday i shared a blog on the anniversary of the passing of my father, lionel adolphus frederick. it was a day full of revelations as i have lived to see all of what he said. lionel was a force to be reckoned with in the spiritual realm, yet, weakened by what seems to be the destruction of many brave, valiant men who war mightily for the just cause of humanity. he was never loyal to church and church folks as he had that ability to sense their true intentions over the people. i never experienced him being loyal to friendships over family. i have lived to see and understand his words about people.

today is ending and i am grateful for all that occurred in order for me to see what needs to be seen as i move forward into the next level that lionel has trained me and the Creator has prepared me for. why was lionel sent to be my father? why did i experience all that i did? to be taught by him the nuances of this human experience while having a spiritual mission to complete. the childhood scars as a result of the sacrifices he made being loyal to his family and not having that loyalty reciprocated did affect how he trusted and how he parented. i am understanding better from the lessons learnt directly and indirectly from him.

lionel and the creator have always had my back by looking out for me in their unique way. i may not always like how they go about “having my back” nevertheless, they have my back. their intentions has always been to reveal to me the hidden dangers and the energies that are around me that mean me no good regardless of their appearances and titles. i parent like my fathers and i trust that my children grow up to understand and see my heart in the same way.

thank you lionel adolphus for the time spent to give and impart the lessons that are living themselves in my life today. i began writing this since this morning, it’s evening now. to all those who have lost someone who had your back, know that you’re not alone…Lady O

yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my father’s passing. my brother connected and i spent few hours day at the place where his body was laid as he sunsetted is assignment here, graduating to his next stage for such a time as this.

my brother was the one who reached out and came up with the idea to connect. the day prior to my brother’s communication, i did not remember. as it was in my calendar, my awarenes would have occured the day of.

when my brother sent his communication on sunday, i was in a class that i attend on weekends and on that day, the instructor was teaching about numerology, a topic funny enough that my father was a boss in. right then, i had a flash point of recollection of an event that occurred approximately 2 weeks ago, and on that same day that my brother sent communication of wanting to connect for our father’s sunset anniversary, i had, moments prior, received communication that began to reveal its relevance and connection to my father; lionel adolphus frederick.

see my father had the ability to see the fowlness in people who had the ability to fool the naked eyes of their appearance. europeans have educated us, that not tap into natural resources of intuition and used their religion to demonize our ancestors powerful weapon that they used gun powder to kill off so that they can conquer and colonize us.

they told us that our divine ability to sensed was witchcraft so that we don’t develop to ability to see their bullshit quicker, sooner, faster, or the ability to sense the traitors who mean us no good.

then they perfected the religious lies of their White Saviour and His spirit, for us to then give the credit to for any spiritual discernments or intuitions. they dare not make us ever give credit, recognize the truth or link the supernatural back to our people, the ones they met here first.

all my events of the last 2 weeks that lead up to yesterday, including those that occurred over the weekend and the 3 major ones that occurred yesterday, for me, were neccessary as i see my father’s energy ever to present playing that supportive role with me in the weeding and assessing business and personal collaborations.

we have been taught by europeans to have negative views of death and they have done a successful job with teaching us using their mediums and spells (media and spelling), that our ancestors and their spiritual abilities are not to be apart of our daily living unless it’s their Holy Spirit. while they use our ignorance of the truth against us and for themselves. in everything there is a positive and a negative, just remember that.

i think many of us should rethink all these europeans education programming and keep one thing in mind; colonization was and is always in the best interest of the colonizer. they would remove and change everything and anything that would challenge the effectiveness of their colonization program. our spirituality, our spiritual discernments and spiritual knowledge did not receive immunity.

2020 has been the year predestined for us to see clearly all that has been shady, murky and foggy. it would be wise to get the beams of cataract that has been placed over the african people’s 3rd eye also known as your spiritual eye, spiritual discernment, and intuitions.

yesterday was a chill day with my father’s energy as intentional taught was done to stay away from the European’s social mediums as much as possible and involve myself as little as possible with their spells in spelling as we are forced to communicate in their erected English language.

*it would behoove us, to use 2020 to become intentional to learn or have your child learn a language older, that than preceded their language of spells called English, even if it’s French, any language that preceded theirs would be beneficial, as the original truths were not written in their language of spells called English. This is not for the benefit of you, it’s for your children children. Part of decolonization from the effects of them, is to return to truths they changed.

i am thankful for the teachings that my father passed to us. at that time we didn’t understand, as it is with most intergenerational relationships. we saw it as militant, strict, rudimentary, different, alien, and as a result of the european brainwashing, some we criticized and didn’t gravitate to.

being sent to have this human experience, my father had to wrestle with the human battle that is one of the successful kryptonite for the men in our community. this made him and others become distracted and contaminate the effective execution of their mission. i am thankful for what was handed down and for the power of the ancestors, which now includes my father, that no european programming can never conquer. they’ve tried everything and yet, we sense, we feel, we discern and the truth rises with each one of ancestors sunrise after their sunset. how can anyone or any force conquer that type of divine agreement? that’s what pisses them of, they can’t.

The timing of the release of information including the PAID suspension of law enforcement is obvious to piss off the “black” community and keep racial tension high, that’s the Democrats go to and for me confirms more and more about their roll in ALL that is occurring against the “black” community including the plandemic.

We get so busy in our worlds and our businesses/passions that we might risk being too busy to see what is happening. Oftentimes I find that the things of this world gets the wrong time focus. That’s why our children are falling through the cracks. Yes, we are to blame. We chasing after success and our children behind. We can say, it’s poverty, lack and man made systems. The child you made a choice to have, by your actions, directly or indirectly, has nothing to do with that. Unapologetic with my statements.

Women AND Men make decisions that are Societally influenced. Society is made up by Adults. Adults give other Adults powers to rule and make laws. Children are the product of Adult choices that are as a result of Societal influence whether we are aware of it or not. Our views are shaped by a Society. We are all apart of a Society by the mere definition. The value placed on a child in that Society is a direct correlation to the outcome of that Society in large or in part.

I pray for the day that all Societies have a hard line of protection for their children physically, mentally emotionally, spiritually in all their stages. Specifically, I pray for my community’s return to that as a non-negotiable priority where we stand on guard as the village we once were. You can play the role on that becoming a reality by looking at every racially triggered topic being shown during this time as the awakening that we have been distracted far too long.

Begin to question everything and reverse engineer all that has occur from inception of February 2020, we will find ourselves looking at Wuhan, Bill Gates, Dr. Fauci and the hate for Donald Trump’s presence in the White House. The shift in the money bags and the restricted flow of what was, has been an issue from Day 1. My community around the world has been the trading commodity of the Elites, it was not farming, it was not fisheries, it was not maple syrup, or was wheat, it has been the human commodity of the “Black” person. You had 🇨🇦 Mayor weekly renting a Community Center Hockey rink for himself and his friends to play a game, while prohibiting parents to use indoor or outdoor facilities to keep kids active, healthy and happy. 🇨🇦 Premiers and 🇨🇦 Prime Minister also had their share of hypocrisy that showed their unwillingness to their own Ask. Those are just few of the whole. I am sure our Caribbean counterparts had their share as well.

AUSTRALIA has already begun with their heavy handed fist of Marshal Law with an immigrant apartment building, and the removal of ATMs. EUROPE has signed on and we saw that very clear during this plandemic; forced testing and if you refuse you are taken to a “facility”, modern day version of a camp with the concentration on penalizing you for not complying to their request to take away your freedom of medical choice for your body.

IRAN has always taken the lead after CHINA in the killing of Justice by the intimidation and following through of killing humanity to create compliance. The way in which they view humans (man, women and child), they are emotionally disconnected and use reason over relationship between nature and humanity. They seem far removed from empathy, it’s as if these regimes are not humanity themselves. It’s as if they are in the skin of humanity and void the soul of humanity. Logic and rational are the impetus for all their decisions, their is no heart, no pulse, no conscience. The Holy scriptures in ALL spiritual disciplines, speaks of such men. Men who are in the form of man but are void of the soul consciousness of man.

What separates “the form of” and humanity is soul consciousness. Soul consciousness is the seat of humanity. Being human is the ability to be empathetic. The ability to have empathy comes from the ability to experience the shared human emotion of hurt, sadness, hunger, lack, poverty, illness, betrayal, abandonment, joy, happiness, prosperity, provision, health, death and life. There are forms of humanity that is ruling over humanity AND humanity better wake up, wash the sleep out of their 3rd eyes and begin to see what is before them and over them. Humanity has given over their sovereignty to unhumane lordships and Lordships.

So FB tells me this was my most loved photo of 2017.

I remember that year. That year, 3 years ago was when I passed my test that was to prepare me for such a time as this. It was another “line in the sand” moment of “Choose ye this day which God will you serve).

3 “Black” men in Leadership, conspired to break me as a result of not sacrificing my integrity for their god; corporate growth. I was given an ultimatum either I agree to lie and frame another “Black man” they did not like or they would get rid of me. These 3 “black” men knew that I was a Single Mother of 4 and worked my ass of to get to my Leadeship position. Those “brothers” are the epitomy of Self-hate. Those “black” men had no idea how important they were to the sharpening my character to face 2020. Thank you🙏🏾.

We all have had moments prior to 2020 that were sent to get us ready for The Revelation of the 20/20 Vision statement that our Elites had in store for us. Some of passed, and some failed miserably. Some did not stand on principle regardless of the threat of deportation, loss of a job, loss of a career, loss of a marriage, loss of any status symbols.

These Elites had their 20/20 vision locked and loaded for humanity. The Most High began preparing Those called by Her name; Virtuous, and those called by His name; Honour, for what was to come.

This picture was the most loved picture in that year as a result of those who knew the test I faced was monumental and enormous and I kicked ass by reminding Fear that IT does not postal code much less my address. I kicked as by passing my character test, No Matter What the consequence or the decree was. My dear friend and coach invited me to relax, recoup and heal with her and other Gladiators at a ranch. It was a battle that came to my door and I accepted the challenge to represent the Creator of this Planet.

You were faced with challenges prior to The Revelation of 20/20. How you did you do? It was grooming you, negatively or positively for such a time as this. Did you fold? How you do one thing, IS how you will do everything. The challenges they place were intentional for that exact reason. What compromises, concessions or excuses did you make? – made or used to conform. Those will be the same “go to” reasons and mindset used now. Did you pass? What principles or character statements did you stand on?

Did facebook notify you of a most loved photo for a particular year? Try to remember what was your “story of the year”. I am confident that if you dig deeper past the picture, you’ll see that year was a preperation for such a time as this🙏🏾. #StillSmiling

Self love for me to set myself free from people and decisions that I did not follow my gutt. This clip reminds me of things we should be setting our shelves free from. Like regret, failures, pitfalls, and the long list that we all have. When we don’t release we are the ones engaged. Releasing is such a freeing experience. Releasing does not mean forgetting. The process begins with the memory. Then the memory transitions from a scar that hurts in memory to a scar that can fuel a purpose void of the bondage of the memory. The memory then turn a symbol of strength where; “death were is your sting?” applies as a result of “what was meant to kill you made you stronger”, “what was meant for Evil turns into your stepping stone”, and “set backs are setups”.

Mindsets and limiting beliefs are changed when we release. Who or what do you need to set free? Love indeed is freedom. Release and your Reset awaits, you’ll see. #GraceAndEase

It is happening right now.

“My father trafficked me from the ages of about 5 or 6 until I was a teenager. Knowing this, I can say, I was never once tied up in a dark place such as this picture. It’s important for people to educate themselves on what trafficking can really look like.

Many, many times I walked into an amusement parks dressing room, Hershey, Dorney, etc with my father, told to wait in the stall, and a few mins later another man came in acting like he was looking for his daughter. And that easily a “drop” was made. Out I would walk holding his hand, nothing anyone would think twice about. Usually I’d given something like an ice cream cone, etc. And like me, these children are often not treated “badly” I mean, yes they’re treated awful and violated beyond words, I mean they’re are not hit, tied up, beat up. Most of the time, they’re treated with fake kindness. (which really fucks up children’s trust later on in life) But they’re often praised, given treats, and made to feel like what is happening is a good (and normal or because they’re special)

How many vacations we went on where I was left for a min at the pool, until a man came and I left with him for a while. Airports where I’m passed over to another man in a crowd, looking like any girl going from her dad, uncle, to her dad or uncle. Again, a public drop and nothing suspicious.

Most children trafficked are so conditioned, they don’t know anything else. It’s their normal. I think back as an adult and think, “why did I scream out for help? Make a scene” But I had to forgive my inner child, there was no reason I knew to scream out for help. I wasn’t in danger, this was just my normal life.

I say all of this to simply say, it’s really important we bring attention to child trafficking in the World. VERY important. And posters like this can get the conversation going, but we also need to educate people that it doesn’t all look like this. I lived in Robesonia, a tiny nothing town. My father was a little league coach. My mother knew and helped some with these happenings; and she was just a stay at home small town mom. These things happen everywhere and can look very normal.

Best thing we can do is talk to children, we don’t need to be graphic; but teachers, schools, need to talk to children about things like this in a child safe way. Assume these children aren’t being taken to doctors.

Teachers can make a huge difference, talk to children. Go with your gut. Schools need to not be scared to act on what they feel. Conrad Wesier had a social worker in the Elementary School who pulled me out of class on more than one occasion after teachers noticed “things” and it went no where. Social services were never notified. And they should have been. Period.

And what you can do is watch. Pay attention. Be mindful. If you’re waiting in line at a park, notice who goes in and out with what child. If you see something; speak up. If you’re wrong, fine you ruined someones day, apologize. If you’re right, you saved someones life.” – Melanie Cholish, survivor and advocate

This moment in time, this ripple in time, is the Judgment. Who are you loyal to? Which net are you being found in? You are marked fish, masked or unmasked. What is the most visible way for your stand to be made known. The internal is now external and on display. When you are ashamed or afraid to publically be known your beliefs, The Most High will publically made known the position of his public claim to you as well. Mannnn, the stories we’ve read about the 3 boys; Shadrach, Meshach and Adednego, and Daniel is living out in ALL today.

There has been enough that has come to light in 20/20 that has given ALL those who call themselves Believers, enough to stand on that this net that was casted over the World by the Fisher for men, is not credible. Yet, many remain caught in it, weighted by them and were their mark. Being weighted by them is for you to do acts to be seen, regarded and labelled by them as “virtuous, caring, thoughtful, law abiding, compliant to Rome”. Give unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar (Rome, the systems of this world, the man-made laws), and give into the LORD (Yah, The Most High, The Creator of Man and Matter), what belongs to the LORD. The last time I checked, my common sense never belonged to Caesar, my critical, my body, my children and my breath was not given to be by Caesar and thus Caeasar has no claim to them.

How you do one thing is how you do everything. The one thing I have done and have life receipts that has left many scars for proof is, never sacrifice integrity for anything. My end result is never up for sale.

We complain very well, we have perfected the art of hand-on-head, ban belly bawling, protesting towards water hoses, dogs biting, batons busting our heads open, civil rights marches with jail time protocol already memorized, yet, the simple not conflict, true non-violence act of Collaboration we are extremely challenged as we bring scraps to the tables we meet at, give the best first fruits for our oppressor’s – We bring our attitudes of complacency and give excellence. We bring cat claws and give grace. We bring behind back character and brand assassination when we’re asked to bring excellence and give excellence without being asked.

Malcom X was also called harsh AND his own sold out. MLK was about to move and shift the needle towards Malcolm as he saw that he sent his people into a burn house that will never serve them well, MLK got his sell outs. The conflict between Marcus Garvey & Drew Ali still is alive with many operating out of the same Egos that sold out then.

I know what my purpose is. AND I’m walking in it. When you own a Win-Win mindset, every day is a V.

What is the pattern with my people is that they don’t see the patterns. For me to begin seeing, I had to change my intake (food, liquid, desires, hobbies, vices, people, family connections, music, literature). Detoxing is not just physical.

Our climb is ours alone to perform, when we bring others along, it becomes very problematic as their limiting beliefs, personal statements, and vibrations are in their own sphere of influence or galaxy of movement. You become affected by them. Each person MUST work out themselves, “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling”. Working out is just that, it is taking AND individualized. Even if it is a group workout, the meeting is a group, the work is individualized.

One thing you must know is that they never lie AND even when they lie they are telling the truth. This is why the “hell” their Sheppard have taught you the truth for others and a lie for them.

Then they run to the “church” for forgiveness or they run to “people group” to ask for forgiveness. THEY KNEW, THEY KNEW, they are following the rules of the fine prints to escape hell. Once they tell the truth they escape, BUT telling the whole truth is key. Be honest, you did not so that you can plead ignorance.

How many of us play that card? We don’t want to know the truth, we don’t want to read and research because deep down YOU don’t want the responsibility of knowing the truth. Knowing truth will them require you to make a choice to continue or change. Many LOVE this world’s trappings, they LOVE their immortal lifestyles of bodily pleasures and sensations, they LOVE the Corporate job title & all the trimmings and privileges that it brings, not knowing gives them the card to play “ignorance”.

The funny thing is innocent ignorance AND willful ignorance have different outcomes. Hell is for the willful ignorant and liars. This is why the Elites will not go to hell, they tell us the truth about their evil plans & the side effects, they don’t call it evil, that is our job to do, they aren’t going to do our jobs for us, they just tell the truth like The Rock “I eat children” we laugh & believe it was a joke. He escapes punishment, he didn’t lie, we just refused to listen and believe. They are not responsible for making us believe them. That my friend is your card to play.

There are “Independent” news that are being paid or being Sheep that once said that this is fake news now it is out in the open. The same Independent sources are on Social Media because the Masses do not trust Mainstream media.

Elephants need to get out!!

THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM. Really people. Call it as it is. There is no immunity to Evil. My community don’t harbour no feelings for calling out facts.

5 year old Cannon was shot by his neighbour. Cannon was a innocent boy who is “white” and the killer was “black”. This devastation is even more horrific since it is reported that the killer had dinner with Cannon’s family few days prior. They have been neighbours for 8 years. To add to the painful tragedy, Cannon’s 7 yr old and 8 yr Sisters witnessed the killing. The killing happened in their front yard. Justice for Cannon must be reached.

I’ve been seeing the hashtags and vague post all day. I even commented on @drericnepute post asking if there was an elephant in the room so after getting my To Do List cleared for the first part of my day, I Googled and found what the Elephant in the room was about.

I take nothing at face value with the social media accounts that are pumping comments of disregard for the loss of Cannon’s life.

These social media accounts that are spewing racial tension, are they really the name and face that they show? There is an intentional energy that is wanting a race war. When WE have discernment, we see better.

My heart goes out to this little boys family. My heart goes out to the other Mothers who this grief has already been theirs to handle. 5, 15, 25 or 35, when your son is shot senselessly, the pain for them was unbearable.

The older they are, the more memories to process the pain through. The younger they are, the more regrets of stolen memories to process the pain through.

Peace & Love to this Mother and all those who have walked in her shoes.

At this moment she says no one understands her pain, unfortunately and sadly enough, yes, many Mothers do understand her pain. It is a pain for a club that should never receive any more members, yet as we keep being centered on self and focused on our family’s self preservation, Evil is taking root and seeping into more hearts and sealing more mindsets as it keeps seeking others to steal, kill and destroy.
