My condolences goes out to 3 of my WhatsApp tribe members who have had lost on 72hrs related to Covid-19. KAM lost a Friend & Servant Leader, WP lost an Uncle & a LA lost a Father-in-law. None can leave to pay respects.
The numbers that Government are projecting looks like many will loose someone they know. This is why perspectives of what is important is crucial this time. First perspective is not to move in Fear. It in itself is toxic and poisons your immune system, mindset and spiritual strength.
Our physical health, mental clarity and spiritual fortitude are paramount. Infusing yourself and your loved ones with what is physically important is #1. PLEASE increase your plant base intakes. PLEASE cut out processed foods and fake sugars. PLEASE build and boost your immune system with powerful levels of antioxidant. PLEASE build your spiritual fortitude with Fastings & prayer/meditation. It’s not just about the fasting. The prayer/meditation is to re-establish communication between you and your Creator. The process foods and process distractions (job, tv, hobbies, committees, entertainment, social events, networking, etc) has impede your hearing and vision to hear well and see clearly. This is also a moment to begin mastering self with Fastings (short or long ones). I invite you to begin fasting in small steps with a goal towards a longer period. Begin with just doing your hot liquid routine and do vegetable juicing, drink unsweetened, organic roots or leaf teas throughout the day. Break with soup. Then slowly graduate to longer days. I’ve done various tastings over the years; water fast, juicing fast, smoothie fast, raw fruit fast, raw food fast. I’ve done 3 days, 7 days and 40 days. Fasting & Prayer/meditation will become a lifestyle, can become easier when done with the right intentions.
Now, if you or someone you know have pre-existing medical conditions this is the time to encourgse them to tell tastebuds that they (tastebuds), are not the one calling the shots. Eating/drinking what is beneficial not what is tasty is necessary. My kids have been conditioned to already hear and know this. What we eat and how we eat is non-negotiable when it’s a health and wellness decision. Every other morning we have 1tbls lemon skin, garlic, white onion, ginger, turmeric, asparagus after or before our FOL.
My family and I are habitual with our
lemon, ginger, turmeric hot in the morning and 10 drops of FOL (kids 6) is our mandatory routine. 3 Fresh fruits and then steel cut oats. We’ve incorporated Aloe (the real aloe leaf) into our mornings, topically and internally.
Switching gears. Many are using this to build or keep themselves relevant instead of effective. Many are “making sure they don’t loose following” or “great time to establish a following”.
This is s time to make moves that have no ulterior motives except to really be a servant truth in what we are doing. This is not the time for usiness as usual. Lots are seeing this as prime time to establish themselves, instead of prime time to evaluate and reflect on themselves, their choices and their mindsets. These areas are going to be tested in days to come. Those who use this time for unwisely will fail.
So please tribe, use this time to quiet the noise and get in touch with your Whys.
My hope is for each of you to take value in the lessons learnt thus far. Ensure that your Whys are in proper perspective and those of influence in your Inner circle are “clean hands, clean heart” individuals. Then make your moves accordingly.
Analyze your alignment with individuals who make excuses, allowances or compromise with and for Fame and Fortune. Those 2 cousins are family members that should be disowned, period! I’m just saying. The Days to come will be pressing.

Here are some thoughts to reflect on. We’re all in this together.Don’t send a message to your kids that they are frustrating you, being a burden, an inconvenience to you.Don’t allow these teachers to make you feel that they are the only ones that are capable of teaching your child, they are the only ones that have patience for your child. To give your child a sense of achievement you need to pay someone to do it.You are your child’s 1st teacher, remember that. Let no one tell you that you’re not qualified.Everyday let you child have the attention they have been wanting from you.
