This Blog was birth from being a place of rebirth. It is written from a Woman’s perspective to another woman. At times it will have views from the male perspective from his feedback on topics that I canvass him on. Primarily though, this is for “Her”. I break down “Her” in the section of “About Me” for you to get a deeper understanding of the pronoun use.

The opinions, commentaries, reflections and feedbacks expressed those of mine and any references will be noted. My purpose is to have a place have those conversations that we need to have but feel pressured not to.

I have survived molestation, domestic violence, betrayal, incest, abandonment, fibromyalgia, domestic abuse, breast cancer, divorce and abuse of power in leadership at corporate level. As a result of each of those, medical diagnosis of  anxiety and depression were mental wellness hurdles that I had to overcome. My mantras over my 42 years have been many which includes, “Who are you, what are you”, “Say what you mean. Mean what you say”, ” Walk in and protect your light your purpose will find you”and ” Integrity, authenticity, transparency is having your inner and your without Windex”.
