We accept diagnosis that our children are ODD and need “behavioural therapy”. i remember when a teacher an Elementary teacher dared to open his mouth and told me that my daughter has ODD because her opinion did not match his and apparently not being a Sheep to brey “maaaaa” and follow his lead was a sign that she’s not going to fit into society. i almost wet my pants with laughter. i guess he thought i was one of those parents who eagerly want my child to fit in so that she’s invited to “playdates”…lol. i gave my daughter a high-five and then went after that teacher’s job for diagnosing my child. i went after that teacher with vigor and vengeance for every child that this occurred with and who did not have an Advocate parent. Teachers Union, in my opinion, is more for teachers, than the student, relocated him. So he’s allowed to spread his toxicity to another community of students. We need a Students First Union. My daughter is in her 4th yr of Uni after being accepted by the top 4 she applied to in the field she’s interested in. i say that to say to parents, being a human Sheep is Nurture not Nature.

Dr Yeadon is a co-founder of Ziarco and CEO. He is an Allergy & Respiratory therapeutic area expert, developed out of deep knowledge of biology & therapeutics, and is an innovative drug discoverer with over 25 years of experience in drug discovery and development.

Dr Yeadon has published over 40 original research articles and since 2011 has consulted to more than 20 biotechnology companies. Prior to consulting as an independent, he was Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the A&R Research Unit of Pfizer.

At Pfizer, Dr Yeadon was responsible for target selection and the progress into humans of new molecules, leading teams of up to 200 staff across all disciplines and won an Achievement Award for productivity in 2008.

Under his leadership the unit invented oral and inhaled NCEs which delivered positive clinical proofs of concept in asthma, allergic rhinitis and COPD. He led productive external collaborations and was involved in product and device licensing.
Prior to Pfizer, Dr Yeadon worked at the Wellcome Research Labs with Salvador Moncada with a research focus on airway hyper-responsiveness and effects of pollutants including ozone and working in drug discovery of 5-LO, COX, NO and lung inflammation.

With colleagues, he was the first to detect exhaled NO in animals and later to induce NOS in lung via allergic triggers. He attended the University of Surrey in Guildford, U.K, where he received his PhD (under Professor Ian Kitchen), with thesis work in the respiratory field, and a BSc, First Class, with Joint Honours, in Biochemistry and Toxicology.

Grand Rising tribe!!

As I approach the 2020 Global Pan-African Business Virtual Summit being presented on my NetWork, I would like to encourage Entrepreneurs out there. Those who have a Vision, a Dream, a burning Purpose that they have sacrificed for.

Those who get up day in and day out, putting one foot infront the other, with all Hell and Haters breaking loose and being around you. Those who don’t see where the resources is coming from and still remain in Action to be obedient to the vision. Those who give to others, out of being the change that you wish you saw or experienced for yourself. YOU are not alone!!

You are a Gladiator and Trust me when I say, YOU will see your vision come to pass. Keep building your Brand on Integrity. There are Natural Laws that will see the Right-eous stand, so remain in right standings, don’t give in to the temptations to “be like”, “to act like” or to repay the negative that serves you unjustly. Remain planted in purpose for purpose.

The experience can be as subtle as those who say they have your back, their actions show out loudly that truly they don’t. Those subtle ones are the ones to watch for

When they have the opportunity to assist in supporting you publically as they say to you privately, they don’t. Watch even when your heart is on your sleeve, there is a character deficiency that is being subtle, but very deadly.

I wonder when America is going to shut down the take over that is over taking them bit by bit in disguise as “change”. The change that has to come is for the people that has Melanin in their skin to stop being the ponds in this ultimate chess game. So when your Black President chose a Vice President who called you all Niggers and made comments about your Black men needing to be locked up to protect his Mother, his Wife and his Daughter from your Black men, where were the eggs then? All Presidents prior have been playing and toying with my community. This is not about Trump. It’s all about Biden, his camp and what he stood for and did in his best power to enforce and manifest. Harris, her record speaks for itself. Harris is the appease piece. Look how they are proving that people with Melanin are easy to manipulate. Obama was the testimony of that theory. Dangle anything that “looks” black infront of them and because we’ve kept them in a state of hopelessness, they are so needing to prove themselves, & wanting any glimpse of hope, that they will accept any imagery we give them.

Oprah was manufacturing imagery and so was Obama. Jesse & Sharpton, Diddy and Beyonce, Hudson & many others were all manufactured for you to hand over your young into their hands, into their energy, like Pipe pippers you allow them into your child’s minds, into your Spiritual worship spaces & into your Villages to raise your children.

Speaking about Oprah, she posted a book club every Monday to “help us through this time of noise and our internal anxiety”. She listed books perfect distraction for putting back the masses to sleep. List of books to keep the masses in the state of hopelessness with no Real Action steps out. Wonder when the video uploaded today from Oprah was actually recorded?

The literature that our community should be reading now, for such a time as this to remain awake and empower next steps.National Liberty Alliance “Meet Your Stawman and Whatever You Want To Know”, “The UCC Connection How To Free Yourself From Legal Tyranny”. Literature for our community to rise up, no more playing patty-cake and become aware that the word “race” has been intentional. We are indeed a race and our team; humanity is losing.

Those literature for now is the start that our community should be reading and begin the action steps that they all require for us to make towards truly having the status of being human beings and not property.
